Diagnosis:
Clinical:
- Unilateral headache,
- +Unremitting (no pain free periods) daily for >3months, but with exacerbations
- +1 autonomic feature:
- Conjunctival injection or lacrimation
- Nasal congestion or rhinorrhea
- Ptosis or miosis
- +response to indomethacin
Treatment:
Indomethacin 25 mg TID up to 200 mg/day (strong evidence base)
