Parinaud syndrome
Hydrocephalus

- Pineal region mass
- Calcified
MRI:
- Pineal region mass
- isointense with brain
Pathology:
Histology:
- Large round blue cells, vesicular nuclei, abundant cytoplasm. With lymphocytic infiltrate.
Immunohistochemisty: PLAP positive
Treatment:
Radiation therapy
